When visiting Nutritional Navigation (NN) it is important that you understand the following terms and conditions:

This is a Nutritional Clinic, not a medical practice
The Nutrition Clinic is run by a qualified practitioner of nutrition
Initial consultations may take up to 90 minutes and following consultations between 40 and 50 minutes ..
During the initial consultation an in-depth case history will be taken. Following that a discussion will take place to ascertain what will be the best way forward with your treatment plan. A treatment plan will be forwarded to you within 24 hours. Any diagnostic tests or supplements will be addressed in the treatment plan and organised in the follow-up consultation.
If you have any questions regarding the treatment plan you can ask them via return email.
As nutrition consultation delve deep into your history, you are not obliged to any any questions which you do not feel comfortable with.
At any time you may choose to terminate the clinic visit.
Payment may be made in advance or prior to treatment commencing, via direct debit.
Pricing is for treatment only and does not include any other additional products or services or dispensary items.
Patient or client must be at least 16 years of age when booking a treatment.
Any patient or client under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian book their appointment at Nutritional Navigation Clinic location or by phone.
Any patient or client under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when attending a consultation.
Cheques are not accepted.
Any products dispensed are non-refundable.
Treatments are eligible for health fund rebate through specific providers
